  • High strength

APPLICATION

  • The appropriate mixture is set with the machine(10 kg plaster / 6 l water )
  • Start apply
  • Application is made so that the thickness of the plaster is at least 0,8 cm. In accordance with this thickness, the anodes are inserted so that the length of the gauge to be used does not exceed. The mortar is sprayed between the plaster and the anode.
  • The surface is smoothed with aluminum gauge. The surface is ground with a trowel before the mortar setting time.
  • Spring water to the surface after nearly one hour later. Apply sponge trowel. Finishing with trowel

  • Attention should be paid to the cleanness of equipment for application.
  • Plaster files should be applied in very large cracks and spaces in the junctions of different materials. Spaces must be filled in before application.
  • The minimum application thickness should be 0.8 cm
  • The maximum application thickness should be 3 cm. If the application thicker than 0,8 cm , 2 coats should be applied.
  • When Application surface is very smooth like tunnel form, It should be roughened.
  • Spray plaster ready for usage don’t add something.
  • The trifil time must not be exceeded in order to obtain a smooth surface. When finger is pressed the substrate is hard, the top layer is soft.
