This is a bagged gypsum based which could be directly applied on such materials as bricks, concrete, aerated concrete, etc

APPLICATION

  • Water is poured into the clean gypsum basin. Alçıbay Hand Plaster sprinkled into the water in the basin. Continue until sufficient rate is achieved (10 kg gypsum / 60 l water ).
  • Waiting a couple of minutes for the gypsum absorbs water .Mixing the mortar until reach  homogenous mixture. Use mechanical mixer for the ideal mixture.
  • The surface level is adjusted with ano.
  • The wall is thrown with a mortar trowel. Correct with a scoop. Mortar should be smoothed with a trowel before returning the water completely. Application thickness should be at least 0.5 cm.

CONSIDERATIONS

  • Before starting the application, particularly and oil on surfaces should be cleaned.
  • Attention should be paid to the cleanness of equipment for application
  • Don’t add water or gypsum during mixing.
  • When Application surface is very smooth, It should be roughened.
  • Plaster files should be applied in very large cracks and spaces in the junctions of different materials. Spaces must be filled in before application
  • Adhesive Plaster is ready for usage don’ add something.
  • Mİn. Application thickness 0,5 cm
  • Max application thickness 1,5 cm

Storage Condition

The bags should be stacked in a dry environment with no airflow, with a maximum of 20 bags on top of the pellet.
Safety and Healthy

In case of leakage, wash eyes with plenty of water.

If accidentally swallowed by the plaster, rinse your mouth.
